Welcome!
This is the story of the restoration of our 1938 Austin 10 Cambridge.
She arrived with us as a near basket case in early September 2009, with a siezed engine and a rotten body. The intention is to return her to her former glory; not to concourse, but a nice useable classic that can be driven and (hopefully) admired. We're sure that there will be a lot of trials and tribulations along the way and we want to share our experiences with you as we progress.
Maybe you will have already completed a restoration of your own, or perhaps you too are about to embark on your first encounter with spanners, skinned knuckles and the smell of old engine oil. Either way, we hope that you'll enjoy reading our saga.
If you want to get in touch, please, email us at by clicking on the button at the bottom of the navigation bar to the left of your screen. We would love to hear from you!
